what is age regression/age dreaming?

age regression is an involuntary mental regression to a younger age, typically when in stressful situations. my emotional regulation and judgement become poor, i get clumsier and can make unsavory decisions. age dreaming to me is letting it happen voluntarily! it helps me get used to letting my gaurd down and working on trust. it can be very therapeutic to let myself be a child as i never really got to experience a childhood. im autistic and suffer from cpstd which in general, also leaves me feeling a lot younger then i am. when im in a bad headpspace i end up feeling the age i was when my trauma started. its apart of healing for me, its hard sometimes, but its been helping me feel more secure and getting over what happened to me.

4/25/26 been working on lots of art lately and getting back into collecting lps! my partner took me to get new playsets and figures!

4/10/26 feeling nostalgic so im finally gonna do some graphic dumpinggonna grind some commissions tonight!

4/4/26 - been working on commissions and pokemon lately! pokemon ranch has been my go to background noise/video :3 its so relaxing and i adore the rumble sprites!!! bought some cute stuff at target the other day too! been taking it steady, day by day.

this site is my way to express myself and heal my inner child! i frequented any websites and forums as a kid on a variety of old windoqs computers my dad built. wolf quest, webkinz, animal jam, wizard101, petpet park, wolfhome, and lots of ds games! i love handhelds in particular and collect nintendo stuff!
